NPC:/dialogue If you want to honor your lord, you should find yourself a pack of Cargo and deliver it to the statue right away. If you're lucky, you'll even get a gift in return!

Contribute Nuian or Haranyan Cargo to the statue of Andrion II in Marianople.
You may receive a Nui's Dream in return.
Using the Nui's Dream on a statue under construction grants 500 Honor Points.

If the statue is already completed, you will have to wait until the statue is in a construction phase again, to complete the quest.
