Contribute Nuian or Haranyan Cargo to the statue of Morpheus in Growlgate Island.
You may receive a Eye of Truth in return.
Using the Eye of Truth on a statue under construction grants 500 Honor Points.

If the statue is already completed, you will have to wait until the statue is in a construction phase again, to complete the quest.
