NPC:/dialogue Jakar is a member of the Seamist Resarchers. They study Haje's prophecies, and they think the Aust Followers may be seeking an ancient power here that could endanger us all.

NPC:/quarrel Jakar has been spying on the Aust Followers, disguised as one of their own. But he's ready to meet you in the Abandoned Warehouse just west of here. Find him, and see what this mysterious threat of his is all about.
