NPC:/handover As this is your first visit, I'll give you a Blue Salt Bond to get you started. You can contribute Blue Salt Bonds at the Community Center Workbench around the corner.
NPC:/command Contributing Blue Salt Bonds helps improve the Community Center. Residents can keep track of how much they've personally contributed to the Community Center's development using the Resident Board.
NPC:/dialogue Once the Community Center reaches Rank 3, new benefits are granted to the region. In addition, everyone who contributed Blue Salt Bonds will receive a share of the region's profits based on their individual contributions.
