NPC:/wave Ah, @PC_NAME(0)! I've been meaning to speak with you. You have a home in my district, don't you?
NPC:/folded Even if it's just a cottage, as long as you have an intact house in the area you're granted official Residency. Farms and gardens don't count, since you can't live on those. Well--hopefully you don't, anyway.
NPC:/talk But enough of the technicalities. You're a Resident! That means you get access to the local Community Center, which grants different benefits as the whole region works together to improve it.
NPC:/command Community Centers are upgraded at the Community Center Workbench, which requires Blue Salt Bonds. You can earn tokens by completing Resident Quests.
NPC:/fact When your Community Center reaches Rank 3, it grants special benefits. These benefits vary by region, but they include things like special merchants, workbenches, and a share in the region's profits!
NPC:/dialogue If you're curious about our region's progress, you can always check the Resident Board to stay up to date. It'll tell you how much you've contributed to the Community Center so far.
NPC:/scratch Your individual reward depends on your total contribution during each cycle, so make sure to stay involved. Now get out there, and help our region become the best in Erenor!
