NPC:/talk Ye'see, the main shaft gets awfully hot from time to time, and we've gotta ice it to keep it cool. But the only place to get ice in these parts is from a Frozen Elemental Heart!
NPC:/contend If you killed some of the Tainted Water Elementals at the oasis south of town, and brought me their hearts, you'd be doin' me and the rest of Sandcloud a real favor. No jokes this time, friend. I mean it.
