During the holy war, Emperor Kalmira II suffered a crushing defeat in the battle for Ezna. The fortress in a few minutes was captured by a small detachment of riders on the griffins. Taught by bitter experience, Kalmira II gave the order to develop a new kind of the strongest griffins – the Imperial ones.
