Arrests a Prime Suspect in an alliance-controlled zone.

Requires a 15-second Interrogation to turn the Prime Suspect into a Prisoner. If the Prime Suspect makes an objection during the interrogation, you and the player are teleported to the Court for a trial.

If an objection is made in an instance dungeon, only the Prime Suspect will be teleported to the dungeon exit.
