NPC:/dialogue There is no time to be wasted, @PC_NAME(0). In order for us to save as many Refugees as possible, we will have to gather all the supplies we can find.

NPC:I am willing to allow as many of the Disavowed Hiram into the cave, as we can afford to take care of. I must insist that our other Hiram Refugees take priority over them though.

NPC:I fully understand that the Disavowed Hiram are scared and want to surivive no matter the cost. They're cold, hungry and desparate, so perhaps a bowl of Hiram Stew can help them keep calm, until we can find a spot for them in the cave.

NPC:/dialogue Since they all came unprepared, make sure they're provided with a Log, Meat or Haradium Pack before they try to enter the cave. If they show up empty handed, I'm afraid I can't let them pass under any circumstance.

NPC:And like I already said: the Hiram Refugees take priority. Once all of them are properly supplied and have entered the cave, we can start letting some of the Disavowed Hiram inside too.

NPC:/dialogue Tensions are high, Chosen One, and nature isn't doing us any favors. Some of the scouts reported that the fog is driving the Disavowed Hiram mad and a mysterious creature is snuffing out our braziers.

NPC:We must be vigilant and work fast. The more lives we can safe, the better, but don't forget that at times, being merciful isn't the way to try and achieve that goal.

NPC:/dialogue The weather seems to get worse by the minute. I suggest you use your loyal Tamed Owlina to travel these parts more safely. Good luck!

Talk to the Hiram Aide at the cave entrance when the time is up. If you save 80, 150, 190, 250 or 300 Hiram Refugees, the Hiram Aide will give you a quest that grants better rewards.
