NPC:So, he again took all his things and left, he had returned to our region and the news of him was very short. Probably he was living hiding and practicing alot.
NPC:We need to find him before he uses his poisonous potion on more people in our region. Go and find his old shelter where he has spent most of his time experimenting. Perhaps he took a short stop there when he returned to our region.
