NPC:/dialogue The heart of any territory is the market. It collects the Territory Products produced by farms, and turns them into Territory Goods for the ruling guild to sell for profit.

NPC:/dialogue To construct a Territory Market, speak to the Building Manager at your capital building and purchase a Territory Market Design.

NPC:/dialogue You'll need to use the Construction Workbenches at your capital building to place an order for Basic Construction Materials. Once the order is placed, anyone with a Work Permit for your territory can help produce the packs.

NPC:/talk You'll also need Basic Construction Materials to build your Territory Farms, which are equally important. Farms pay visitors to come to your territory and complete tasks, which earn Lord's Coins for the local lord.

NPC:/dialogue In addition, farm tasks result in packs of Territory Product. If these packs are delivered to your Territory Market, they become Territory Goods which you and your guild can sell for even more Lord's Pence.

NPC:/take Why don't you see if you can build a Territory Market and some Territory Farms, and get enough people to work in your territory to fill up your market and create a load of Territory Goods?
