NPC:/dialogue I've placed baskets of blessed snow next to the tree. If you pick up one of these baskets, you can use it to help construct magical snowmen.
NPC:/dialogue Once a snowman is completed, warriors can use a Blue Salt Hammer to gain a blessing from the Winter Maiden. So get out there and get building! And if anyone tries to stop you, smack 'em with a snowball!

Equip a Snowball Basket and help complete a Menacing Mittens Snowman in Marianople or Austera. Using a Blue Salt Hammer at a completed snowman grants a powerful buff.
The quest is completed when you contribute towards building the snowman.
