NPC:/dialogue The first thing you'll need is a Blank Regrade Scroll. But don't worry, I can walk you through the process.

NPC:/fact Make sure you've got some Paper, Dawn Lake Light Essence, and at least one Blue Salt Hammer. You can get Blue Salt Hammers from General Merchants.

NPC:/talk Once you've got all those, you'll need to find a Paper Press. Combine the materials at the Paper Press to make a Blank Regrade Scroll.

NPC:/dialogue When you're finished, come back here and I'll teach you the next step in Regrading, and give you a little something for your trouble.
