NPC:/conclude It's all because of their new leader, Arancal Blackmane. He's obsessed with gold, and constantly sends his warriors out to raid for more. If you could kill him, I'm sure the Minotaurs would return to their old ways.

NPC:/excuse Will you do it? When the citizens suffer, it's the serfs who feel the sting. I'm not sure how much more "protection" we can afford to give the local guards.
