NPC:/handover We need someone to sneak into the Blackclasp Encampment, and assassinate the Blackclasp Chieftain. If the Consul really did bribe the Orcs, killing their Chieftain should put an end to their deal.

NPC:/handover Here, take this Stealth Potion. It should get you by the guards, as long as you don't walk too close to them. But it'll wear off as soon as you attack the Blackclasp Chieftain. Getting out alive is your concern.
