Obtain Tough Tendons from beasts such as Mahadevi Tigers, Mahadevi Crocodiles, Meek Mahadevi Gorillas, or Mahadevi Water Buffalos.

Craft armor at a Worn Armor Form. These can be found in the City of Towers and Poacher's Watch.
