Stage summary:

Use the Blackbeard Thief Hoods to craft a Barkbridge Hood, Feuille Sound Cap, or Sandcloud Helm.

You will need three Blue Salt Wedges to craft the desired item. They can be purchased from a General Merchant.

Kill Blackbeard Thieves Warriors, Robbers, Throwers, or Wizards in southern Dewstone to find Blackbeard Thief Hoods.

Pieces of improvised armor can be crafted using the Worn Armor Forms found in Royster's Camp and Sandcloud.
