Kill Blackbeard Thieves Cutthroats, Contractors, and Pyromancers on the Sandtooth Coast to collect Blackbeard Thieves' Rags.

Kill Bloodmist Fighters, Necromancers, and Slayers on the Sandtooth Coast to collect Bloodmist Metal Fragments.
