NPC:/dialogue This is no common tome you're asking for, stranger. These scrolls date back thousands of years, and my personal notes are one of a kind. If you really want them, you're going to have to earn them.
NPC:/dialogue Three months ago, my brother's ship was attacked at sea. He and his crew were slaughtered without mercy. The few of them that escaped all placed the blame on the same person: the infamous pirate captain, Morpheus.
NPC:/mad I've emplored the royal navy to bring this murderer to justice, but they cower behind their laws and regulations. I will not sit idly by while my brother's killer roams free!
NPC:/contend This is my price, adventurer. Sail to Growlgate Isle, where Morpheus makes port. Ransack his ship, destroy his cannons, and spill his blood upon the deck. Kill the man who murdered my brother, and the scrolls are yours when you return.
