NPC:/dialogue Alright, you've got your reel and some decent fishing line. Now all you need is some bamboo and a hook.

NPC:/talk To get |nb;Bamboo Stalks|r, you'll need to chop down Bamboo Trees. You can either find them in the wild, or grow them yourself. Or if you're in a hurry, maybe you can find someone to sell you the stalks on the Auction House.

NPC:/fact As for the hook, you can make a |nb;Sharp Fishing Hook|r out of an Iron Ingot using any decent Handicraft Kiln in town.

NPC:/talk Finally, once you have your bamboo, reel, line, and hook, combine them all into a Basic Fishing Rod at a Handicraft Kiln.

NPC:/fact It's a lot of running around and different materials to collect, but I promise it's worth it. Come back to me when you're ready to fish!
