NPC:/command You can acquire Pelts by hunting wild animals or slaughtering livestock. If you don't have any livestock to spare, I'd start hunting right away.

NPC:/excuse Once you have enough Pelts, you can craft the Leather at a |nb;Leather Workbench|r in any city or village.

To check the necessary materials for any Leatherwork item, open the Folio by pressing the O key and select Leatherwork. You may also press F while standing near a Leather Workbench.

You:|nb;Step 2: Obtain Materials|r
Pelts can be found butchering any livestock larger than a chicken. Each square of Leather requires three Pelts.

You:|nb;Step 3: Craft|r
Once you have collected the required materials, use a Leather Workbench to craft them into Leather. Remember: crafting uses Labor points.
