NPC:/fact The two people that keep this whole castle running are Bloodhand Trainer Lisa and Bloodhand Officer Ryean. If you can bring them down, the whole place will fall into chaos.

NPC:/excuse You can find them in the inner courtyard. But be careful: those two are never far apart, and they're extremely dangerous when they're fighting together. Defeating them won't be easy.
