NPC:/command I'm looking for someone to take this Experimental Materials Pack to Alchemist Rowell at the top of Whitecloud Peak. It's that giant mountain there, on the western side of town.
NPC:/command Rowell is a good friend of mine, and a genius at designing gliders. But he does have some rather strange habits. Not the least of which is setting up shop at the top of bloody big mountains!
NPC:/fact The only way to reach him without climbing the whole thing on foot is to use the Blueglass Human Cannon to fire yourself up into the air, then unfold your glider and land at the top of the mountain.
NPC:/conclude I know it sounds dangerous. And trust me, it is. But if you can get him this bag of supplies, I'm sure he'll reward you with a rare part to upgrade your glider. What do you say?
