NPC:/excuse When the empire collapsed, they left behind the animated weapons that guarded it. The weapons still lurk in the City Ruins, prime examples of the skill our ancestors had with magic.

NPC:/conclude I'd love to study the enchanted materials, but good luck getting close to one of those Imperial Swords without ending up in pieces. If you do come across any pieces of them, I'm paying quite well.
