NPC:Let us see... the flow of the winds is not yet good. Predators at Loka River have shifted the balance and disrupted the flow.

NPC:I speak of the River Crocodiles. Their numbers have grown, and they drive out the lions from hunting boars.

NPC:Go, and bring back River Crocodile Eggs... or otherwise reduce their numbers. Once things move back toward balance, the winds will shift as well.
