NPC:/excuse As far as I can tell, the Goblin Treasure Keeper has some sort of Jewel that acts as a secret key. You'll need to defeat him and take the Jewel if you want to open their Treasure Chest.

NPC:/conclude I'll stay here, and keep the Chieftain busy. You find the Goblin Treasure and take it down to Goblin Scholar Sarae. Good luck!
