NPC:/conclude Only by avenging their deaths can they be put to rest. You must kill the members of Velpo's gang, and collect Velpo's Bloody Tokens.

NPC:/talk Velpo and his men are camped just south of here. Kill them, then meet me at the monolith at the top of the hill and show me proof of their death. I will help you put these unhappy souls to rest.
