NPC:/fact We know he leads a group of bandits out on Pauper's Ridge. There he recruits the poor and the desperate, inciting rebellion against the city's elite. His people speak of justice... But all they've caused so far is blood and death.

NPC:/contend Lineriph may be family, but I can't allow that to protect him any longer. The time has come to put him down.

NPC:/conclude Leuta Wyrdwind is leading a strike force to deal with the Pauper's Ridge Bandits. If you meet her at the Northern Gate, and assist her in killing Lineriph, I will see to it that you are well rewarded.
