NPC:Before you see her, why don't you collect some Huge Crab Legs and Halcyona Kelp? You can hunt the crabs on the beaches of Blueglass, and you can harvest the seaweed by using this special catalyst on the local Cultivated Kelp.
NPC:/talk Once you have everything you need, deliver the food to Angler Murran down on the Blueglass docks. He'll cook it up into a proper dish for the Lady Trieste.
