NPC:/command A few days ago, I saw Lord Colin signing some sort of document with those sea goddess fellows. I didn't want to believe it, but... if he really has been bought by those cultists, the proof will be on that paper.
NPC:/handover Take this key. In the caves behind me, there's a secret entrance to the castle dungeons. That's where the document is hidden.
NPC:/talk You'll need to make a torch to burn away the cobwebs blocking the entrance. Just use some of this dry wood by the campfire. After that, find the document and take it to Simon in Rockmar Barrow. He'll know what to do.
