NPC:/dialogue He was acting pretty cagey though, I think he's also after the treasure. Last I saw he was near North Devi River.

NPC:/conclude I'm thinking maybe you can sweet talk him a bit, bring a present, get him to tell you where Hal Hahpa is. Just don't tell him you're with me!
