NPC:/talk Hitting the Cow Targets wasn't that hard right? I think you're ready for a more advanced challenge now.
NPC:/talk The idea stays the same, dodge the attacks and hit our employees with a water balloon, but this time I want you to hit 2 Yata Targets.
NPC:/talk You'll notice pretty quickly that this time around, there will be many Yatas and Greemen surrounding your target, so you'll have to be more vigilant to dodge all their attacks.
NPC:/talk And that's not all! If you come back to me in less than 1min and 30sec, you'll get a special reward! Ready for round 2?

Equip the Festival Balloon Magithopter and throw water balloons at the Yata Target, then close the magithopter when you're ready to return to the starting point.
If you complete the quest and return within 1min and 30sec, you can unlock a hidden quest.
