NPC:/worry I don't know if there are any arcanists left that possess the required knowledge and power to reinforce the seals again, but I do know that in the fight against the Akasch, Ipnysh Wardens were able to control mighty constructs.

NPC:/talk In fact I saw the remnants of one of those machines close to the entrance of the Arcane Academy. I don't know if they are sentient beings like the Wardens in the Sanctuary, but I think it's worth trying to communicate with them.
