Use an Equipment Awakening Scroll Rank 3 to awaken a Brilliant Explorer's Weapon.

Awakening items unlocks higher item grades and synthesis effects, allowing you to further improve your equipment.
Brilliant Explorer's Weapons must be improved to grade Unique using the synthesis feature, in order to become eligible for awakening.
Right-click an awakening scroll in your bag to open the awakening window, then right-click your weapon of choice to awaken it.
Once both are selected, you can see the gold and labor cost associated with this action at the bottom, as well as the potentital outcome of a successful awakening attempt.
Confirm the action by clicking the "Awakening" button.
