NPC:/dialogue Now that your offering is ready, you'll need a proper vessel to make it out to the island where the statue is. The appearance of the Goddess brings heavy rainstorm with it and normal ships will fail you.
NPC:/talk Not only that, but delivering the Shandy is as much part of this ritual as preparing it, so you will need to have a boat made out of Silent Forest Hardwood.
NPC:/talk You shouldn't have too much trouble finding some around here, and once you do, go talk to Builder Tom. He will help you make your boat.
