This design builds a completed building only for the first time; it requires the necessary building materials when used again after the original building is demolished. The materials are listed in the new design created upon demolition of the original building.

Once completed, you can use your Teleport Book and Cooking Tools at the fireplace.

Returned via mail if removed.
Return will be delayed 22 hours if the removal is due to unpaid taxes.
Caution: This design is not tradable and the completed structure can't be sold.

Use:

Pay the security deposit and taxes to place a house.
Security deposits are returned when the building is demolished (unless back taxes are owed.)

Tax rates increase based on the number of buildings owned per server.
