Used to declare a siege during the Declaration of War period outside the Sungold Fields Defense area. Creates a siege area for the user's team: this becomes the respawn point for siege members and allows siege weapons to be summoned.
The Archeum Lodestone must be converted to claim a victory. Victory rewards will be granted to the winner after the siege.
