NPC:/dialogue Lewia, Enos, we rushed here from the Amaitan Meadow Camp. While our men retrieved the fallen scout's body, @PC_NAME(0) went to investigate the crime scene and found Ericson's Necklace on some members of the Abyssal Legion.

NPC:/worry I already had my suspicions about Ericson being involved with the Abyssal Legion in some way. Or perhaps he's been corrupted.
