Dialogs:

NPC:/surprise Aaah, you scared me @PC_NAME(0)! What... what are you doing here? We're not spying on Isan and Eltere...

NPC:/dialogue Nope, totally not spying, we came to pick some... berries... in this bush right here. The best in all of Sanddeep. But definitely not spying.

NPC:/shh Yes we are spying on them, you can quit lying now. @PC_NAME(0) won't believe these dumb cover stories anyway.

NPC:/shivering But we only did it because Isan looked REALLY worried and we want to make sure he's ok.

NPC:Why do you want to talk to me alone? What's going on?

NPC:/sigh Eltere, I have a question for you. I know you grew up in Windscour, but do you know anything about the history of the Tehmi Empire in Hasla?

NPC:/foldedarms Of course I do, the ruins of the Tehmi Empire might be in your kingdom in Hasla, but even the Firran in Windscour live as a part of it. Our race was united under the Tehmi Empire.

NPC:But the reason the ruins are in Hasla, is because they invaded those lands and took them from the people living there, right?

NPC:/disagree What are you talking about? That's not true, the first Mahra to arrive in Hasla was there long before any other races showed up.

NPC:/back The steep hills in Hasla made it hard for people to get around, but not for us Firran. With the help of our Snowlions, we managed to settle and start a civilization in no time.

NPC:/back Our people started building roads and once that was done, other races suddenly took interest in Hasla's rich lands as well.

NPC:/sigh So I guess technically the Tehmi Empire was there first, but that's all so long ago and both Harani and Firrans have been living there in peace, so what does it matter?

NPC:/sigh It matters because they are not living in peace... the people of Hasla and the... all people living there seem to be on the brink of war.

NPC:Then it's your duty as their ruler to reunite them, Isan.

NPC:/dialogue I took counsel with my father and a former king of East Ishvara and they suggested... maybe it's time for the Firrans to leave Hasla...

NPC:Are you out of your mind?! Isan, what's gotten into you?

NPC:Oh no, Eltere looks really mad... what's going on?

NPC:/sigh Nothing good. Isan can't be serious about wanting the Firrans to leave Hasla.

NPC:I mean, he didn't say HE supported that idea. He said his father and some former king suggested this drastic action.

NPC:I guess I'm glad that all I need to worry about, is my little shop. Poor kid...

NPC:Please think this through, Isan. Hasla is as much the homeland of the Firrans as it is the Haranis.

NPC:/dialogue If you seriously consider pushing my people out of your kingdom, they won't leave peacefully. You are the ruler yes, but the little people don't concern themselves with politics.

NPC:/foldedarms They don't care who sits on the throne, what they do care about is their community. Their home... where they grew up, their parents and grandparents and great-grandparents grew up.

NPC:/sigh You can stop trying to convince me Eltere. I know what needs to be done and I always had that opinion, but my father and Rujin managed to make me question my judgement.

NPC:/no Thank the Gods he's not going to support that crazy idea of pushing out the Firran.

NPC:/dialogue We better head back to the tavern, before they notice us.

NPC:/dialogue I need to go back to Hasla for a while and make sure Lord Asaji doesn't make things worse for my people.

NPC:/sigh @PC_NAME(0), would you accompany me again? I feel much safer with you on my side.

Stage summary:

Talk to Rujin at the Jadegale Ravine in Hasla.

Dialogs:

NPC:/dumbfounded I was trying to enjoy this breathtaking view before I'm heading back to the Hereafter.

NPC:/bow I apologize for interrupting your moment of quiet, General Rujin, but I wanted you to know what I've decided.

NPC:/foldedarms What you've decided? I thought we were clear that the Firran needs to be driven out of Hasla.

NPC:/command I don't mean to offend General Rujin, but you were wrong.

NPC:/eavesdrop I was wrong?! The Firrans of the Tehmi Empire are invading pests and cause nothing but trouble.

NPC:/foldedarms No they are not and they didn't. You are misinformed, Firrans have lived in these lands as long as the Harani have, perhaps even a bit longer.

NPC:/dialogue What are you saying?

NPC:/prayer I'm saying Hasla is the home of both Firrans and Haranis and we all deserve to live here, in peace.

NPC:/thank Only a weak ruler would think it's necessary to further divide them, but I am not weak. I will reunite my people, so they can all live the happy life they deserve.
