Stage summary:

Talk to Belstrom on the hill northwest of the Ayanad Ruins in Diamond Shores.

NPC:/dialogue By the gods... Slevin is one of the strongest mages I know, and yet the library still trapped him? This is grave news, indeed.

NPC:/sigh A few months ago, Slevin came to me with a theory. He said he knew what was wrong with the Ayanad Library, and even thought he might be able to fix it.
