NPC:I am quite shocked that they managed to figure out how to refine Haradium. It's a well guarded secret, only a few of us Hiram priests know. In their hands, the material could be devastating and we mustn't let them continue their production.

NPC:Please, Chosen One, you must destroy the Haradium Refinery they are using.
