Stage summary:
Go to the Halcyona Hideout in Hellswamp and talk to Dalia.
After talking to her, pick up and deliver some of the Smuggled goods next to her.
The tradepack disappears if it's dropped, but you can return to Dalia to pick up another one.

NPC:/surprise @PC_NAME(0)!? You damned traitor! What do you want?
NPC:/talk You want to join us again? Tell you what; deliver these strinking goods to Tabson and I'll consider not feeding you to my ship's cannons.
