NPC:/contend All the nations of Haranya are presenting gifts to honor her. And in return, she grants us a token of her favor.

NPC:/dialogue If you want to honor your queen, you should find yourself a pack of Cargo and deliver it to the statue right away.

NPC:/dialogue Any sort of Cargo will do--just take it the base of the statue and offer it as tribute. If you're lucky, you'll even get a gift in return!

Contribute Nuian or Haranyan Cargo to the statue of Amarendra IV in Austera.
You may receive a Queen's Glory in return.
Using the Queen's Glory on a statue under construction grants 500 Honor Points.

If the statue is already completed, you will have to wait until the statue is in a construction phase again, to complete the quest.
