NPC:/dialogue The Haver plant growing here is very useful, because it can be turned into fabric, but it has a dangerous side as well.

NPC:/fact Creating the drug from Haver is prohibited by royal order. It's very expensive, and anyone caught with it is to be arrested!

NPC:/fact Even making the drug is another matter entirely... it's a complicated process and not something that can be done with just a couple of people. I wonder who made this...
