NPC:/command There's a group here in Mahadevi that call themselves the Black Sands. Nobody knows how they got started, but they're a nasty bunch and deal in kidnappings and... disappearances. I'm following some of their members.
NPC:/secret They seem to be exchanging information up in the narrow towers but I can't prove their deeds without getting inside.

NPC:/excuse According to this, the Black Sands aren't simply mercenaries like I thought.
NPC:/dialogue They're clearly involved in some detailed plots in the area. There has to be someone masterminding all of this.
