NPC:/talk Many of the villagers act as merchants, selling local goods and the like. But it's clear the amount of goods being sold doesn't match what's being brought in above-board.

NPC:/fact Their records should hold the truth. Until I can see those, I'll do my best to convince Goyan to talk.
