NPC:/conclude There's even more pirates on the path to the Forbidden Shore than there are on this hill. The caves nearby can get you down there safely.
NPC:/talk After you take care of some of these pirates, meet with Advance Scout Mhinti and help her with the main strike. She's waiting for additional fighters.
