NPC:/dialogue He reveled in the slaughter of innocents, using all manner of traps, poisons, and underhanded tricks to drive his victims to despair. I have no doubt he and his warriors are responsible for many of our missing Watchmen.

NPC:/dialogue If you and your allies don't find a way to defeat him, he will murder every Auroran settler that finds their way into these gardens. You must strike him down here, now, before their deaths grant him even greater power.
