NPC:/waving The Observatories at the top of the Nascent Cliffs are my work. I designed them to be located at all the best vantage points for watching the fireworks of the Shadowguard Festival.

NPC:/please Do you think you could bring me some, so I can finish the repairs as quickly as possible? I don't want anyone to fall and hurt themselves during the festival.
