NPC:/dialogue Long ago, before the exodus from Auroria--even before our kingdoms there were formed--the ancient scriptures say our world was ruled by the Akasch.

NPC:/contend A brutal race of serpents, the Akasch sacrificed thousands for their bloody rituals. It was only through a desperate rebellion that our ancestors managed to defeat them, banishing them deep in the Abyss.

NPC:/dialogue The great sage, Haje, even managed to pinpoint the ancient seal that keeps the Akasch from returning. It lies at the bottom of the ocean, in the center of the place we now know as the Sea of Graves.

NPC:/quarrel But to his dismay, Haje discovered that the seal's strength was fading. So he commanded that a holy statue be erected on the site, hoping to bolster the ancient magic with the power of the goddess it depicted.

NPC:/dialogue To this day, a massive statue of the sacred Goddess Ezi stands silent vigil over the Abyss, ensuring the Akasch never return. But now... I fear that even that may no longer be enough.

NPC:/sigh The Akasch are reaching out from the abyss, calling forth a hideous Kraken to destroy the seal that binds them. Please, go to the Sea of Graves and help however you can. The Akasch cannot be allowed to escape!
